In her will proved 1934, Celeste (Mitchell) (Mount) Monroe left 1/5 of her estate to each of ( a) sister Eliza C. Legan, (b) sister Mary Elizabeth Walker, (c) sister India Cortelyou, (d) step daughter Jessie(Mount) Wolf, and (e) the surviving children of her deceased sister Louella Harrell, namely Herschell Harrell, Carrie Bowman and Maurice Harrell.
