Notes for Jane MALLORY
Jane is mentioned as "my sister Quarles" in the will of John Mallory of London, dated 1747 (1 ).

Proved 27 July, 1661, by John Whitty one of the executors power being reserved to Roger Mallory. (P.C.C. May 114.)" Nephew Roger Mallorys to have been the son of Rev Philip Mallory (not yet proven). Rev Philip Mallory was the vicar of Norton, Durham, England in 1641. " As the will of Rev Phillip show's, Roger was his nephew and not his son. All of his legacies were to children of his siblings.
