Notes for John TANDY
Tandy KinsmenListed in Gallatin co KY in the 1800 census (1) and also in 1810 (2). He appears in the Gallatin co tax lists from 1799-1821 (6). 27 Jan 1813 John sold land to Zachariah Bledsoe that was part of land earlier deed to him by his father (7-p16). August 1813 John was given permission to erect a water grist mill on McCool's Creek in Gallatin co (4). Jan 1814, John was administrator of the estate of Rice Bledsoe (4). July 1817, he attended his father's estate sale (5). July 1826, John and others were appointed to appraise the estate of William Parrott deceased (6). In 1830 he was living near his widowed mother in Gallatin co (3).
