William was listed in the 1704 Quit Rents with 200 acres of land in Elizabeth City co (1). H e is mentioned in the will of his brother John Mallory of London, will dated 1747 (2).

In his will, Philip's mother Elizabeth is mentioned.s by Seth"inally patented by Moses Linton and devised by him in his last will and testament to his daughter Seth Quarles after whose death it descended to the daughter of the said Seth, who Intermarrying with William Tandy, the said Tandy by Deeds of Lease and Release dated 23 and 24 June 1755, sold to Benjamin Grayson. "
