Notes for Malinda HENDRICKSON
Malinda (Hendrickson) Mitchell died before her husband, William. William thus became an heir of her father, Separate (big) Hendrickson, who had died in Shelby Co., Indiana about 1838 . Separate's estate was not yet settled by 1847 since there were many minor heirs. William died soon after Malinda, and his father, PAUL MITCHELL, and Paul's living children thereby became "co-heirs" of Separate (big).
