Notes for Ralph Franklin KOCH
California online death records and SSDI say Ralph Koch was b. 1896. However, he is 11 in the 1910 census of Shelbyville and 21 in the 1920 census of Terre Haute. G. W. Mitchell of Waldron, said Ralph was the first child of GWM's cousin, 'Lizzie', who md. David Koch as her second husband in 1898.
